Too often we take all the good things in our lives for
granted and when we have a bad day or week, we may think the world is crushing
down. I suggest starting a gratitude journal and when you are down pick up your
journal and read all the blessings that you have in your life. That will put things
into prospective and I bet it makes you feel better instantly.
Today I am thankful for all the great teachers in my life.
